Check out this new video for Kroll Bond Ratings. These guys are great, and I want to trust them. But you can tell they are reading every single word off a teleprompter. I'm left doubting the real authenticity of their message. Shouldn't they be able to tell us about this new company from their heart? They are talking about trust, but their eyes are more skirting all over rather than looking right at me. Why couldn't they just tell me this...have a real person to person conversation? It's horribly rehearsed and lands flat. Too bad considering how good the idea and graphics are.
